Walk through Herb Garden and Indoor Labyrinth

Join us as we walk through our Herb Garden and Indoor Labyrinth at the Fremont Senior Campus, 1101 Castalia Street in Fremont. This is an intergenerational and inclusion educational program with Stein Hospice.  Enjoy some delicious foods and Iced Tea made by Alexis Massie, GLCAP Nutrition Coordinator with herbs grown in our raised gardens.  
A labyrinth is a meditative walk which has been used for centuries by people of all cultures for healing, insight, and relaxation.  When faced with a crisis and/or overwhelmed with life, a Labyrinth can bring order to chaos.  Learn more about this from our presenter from Stein Hospice.
We ask that you RSVP for this special event by calling the Fremont Senior Campus at 419-334-8383, Option #1 no later than September 8th.  Please dress for walking outside through the garden and bring socks to walk on the indoor Labyrinth.
