Cayla O'Leary is the Team Lead for Employer Engagement at YouScience. She works with employers and industry leaders to pack their talent pipeline and connect with tomorrow's talent. She is a middle Tennessee native and earned her Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
